All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact Yoluck within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
1.Return request is available within 7 days after receiving the item for any reason,All returns must be in good condition with the original tags,labels,and packing,does not affect the secondary sales,Yoluck can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
2.if item have quality issues,online refund or exchange up submission is available within 180 days after delivery.After confirming the product problem, please return it yourself,Currently only self-return is available;
3.If you choose self-return,you are required to pay the return shipping cost first;
4.Within two working days after receiving the items, Yoluck will return the shipping cost and the price of the item to your account;
5.For items that cannot be returned, Yoluck will negotiate with you to return part or all of the price of the item to ensure your best interests;
6.Yoluck will bear all the freight for the exchange.
1.After you find that the product has quality problems, please take pictures as soon as possible, Provide your order number and the product code ,send the pictures and problems to Yoluck mailbox；
2.Wait for Yoluck to confirm the problem；
3.After confirming that there is a problem, Freeman will negotiate with you how to deal with the problem；
4.According to the final negotiated treatment plan, carry out procedures such as return and refund.
5.For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 2-4 business days .
Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed:
1:If there is an item missing, Yoluck will resend the missing item/accessory for free .
2:If there is a quality problem, Yoluck will give a full refund or free exchange.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (15 days not including 1-2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

2.When the product is returned, it lacks important components and the packaging is seriously damaged. Yoluck will not be able to refund in full.
